Why do I need a Professional Home Inspection?

For Buyers An unbiased opinion that relieves fears and gives you confidence in your purchase.

For Sellers:  An impartial pre-sale report that increases buyer confidence and helps prevent delays in closings.

For Realtors:  Knowing the condition of the home will provide a smooth transaction for your client.

What you should expect from your Home Inspection.

An unbiased opinion based on the comprehensive visual analysis on the condition of components, systems, and accessible areas of the home. All inspections meet or exceed industry standards. Most home inspections take approximately 3 hours to complete.  We encourage you to attend the home inspection to better understand all components on your future home.  Joining us will allow you to ask questions about the inspection. Immediately following the inspection, you will receive an on site computer generated report that covers all aspects of the home inspection.
